Accomplix Review

Accomplix is a natural diet pill manufactured by Advanced Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Accomplix is similar only in name to the prescription diet pill Acomplia (or Accomplia), but is by no means similar in formulation or effectiveness.

Accomplix is in fact a very mediocre natural diet pill that may, or may not, help you to lose a few pounds. Its proprietary blend or herbs includes Hoodia Gordonii, however it is difficult to ascertain whether this Hoodia is authentic or fake. Other ingredients in the formulation include Green Tea and Guarana Extract, both of which have been found to be effective metabolism enhancers. Unfortunately, both of these ingredients are listed at the bottom of the proprietary blend list, which suggests it is likely that Accomplix does not contain enough of these ingredients to substantiate weight loss.

Accomplix claims that it is “Doctor Recommended”, which is one of its big selling features. They have the smiling headshot of a doctor named Dr. Janice B. Byer who endoses the product with a nice piece about how “other” products lack significant data to support their claims and how Accomplix has helped many of her patients lose weight. So with my naivity cap tightly tied around my head I went looking for any signs of research that has been done on Accomplix. Needless to say, I couldn’t find one article, published study, or even a reference to an actual scientific study that had significant data about the effects of Accomplix. And what about their trusted doctor? Well, I can’t find one study or journal she’s been involved in either, nor is she listed with the American Board of Medical Specialties. Quite possibly, she does not exist at all.

Don’t believe the hype. Accomplix is an herbal supplement that will do almost nothing to help you lose weight.
