I will say these pills really do work i know 5 people who used them first and got excellent and rapid results. They did not exercise and did not change eating habits. All experienced dramatic weight loss after a few weeks which convinced me to try them as well. They are working and i am satisfied with my own results so far. The only thing i would suggest to anyone who is going to try these is that they ONLY TAKE 1 pill a day until your body adjust to it, we all experienced lack of sleep for about 1 week until my body adjusted to it. It does increase your energy and THE 2 MOST IMPORTANT THINGS WHILE TAKING THESE PILLS ARE 1: YOU MUST EAT….if you do not eat or try to cut back too much you will get an upset stomach. AND 2: if you are a pop addict like i am , a few glasses a day won’t hurt you but i admittedly use to drink a few 2 liters and i can’t while taking these pills because too much caffeine will make your heart race. Overall cutting back on my pop is well worth the weight loss i am experiencing . Good luck to anyone willing to try it, you won’t be disappointed !!!!
Just had a 35 year old go in cardic arrest after taking these pills, her 14 year old son started cpr on her and saved her life, thank god, but she still is in icu.
I have a family member go into cardiac arrest from taking these pills. She is still in the ICU unit at our local hospital.She was on a breathing machine for 3 days… She passed out and her heart stopped ambulance personal had to shock her heart 2 times and her son started CPR before ambulance personal arrived. Her son saved her life. I do not recommmend this to anyone this diet pill can kill you…
I used to take these pills on occasion before school when I didn’t have any energy. I reccomend you do not try them, I almost had a heart attack from them because I wasn’t eating much and I started to get dizzy on occasion, plus my heart would race. And I also began to get chest pains from them. This shit is dangerous, don’t do it.
I have taken black ice off and on for several years. I havent taken it in probably 2 years now. I’ve always loved ephedra for many reasons and was bummed when it became illegal in the US. But I still found this product online and ordered it whenever my weight got out of control. At first, it makes me feel very euphoric, which is another incentive for me. I have loads of energy on it, and am overall very giddy and happy. You do experiece a crash on it however. As the day wares on, you start to feel like you’re “coming down”, energy is going down, and appitite is coming back. If you are not careful, you will find yourself taking more pills later in the day in order to keep your apitite from coming back with a vengence and in order to make yourself feel better from the “coming down” effects. But that is not a good idea! You wont sleep and you can become dependent on it…and also, you grow tolerant to the pills and the euphoric feeling will go away and the appitite supressant wont be as powerful anymore.
I have a love hate relationship with this product, for sure.

The reason ephedrine products have been banned in the U.S. is the American pharmaceutical companies don’t like the competition and government can’t collect tax on the methamphetamine that is produced from extracting ephedrine containing products… None of these organizations give a damn about your hearts, It’s all about the Money… It always has been and always will be…

Original Ephedra is the best formula there is. and all this bull about people having heart attack and stuff, if they have problems with the heart they should not take it, PERIOD! Not blame the pill, if people do not have braines not to take any pills then it people’s problem. And because of stupidity of people now the others are suffer.
umm… you wont have a heart attack form this unless something is already wrong with your heart. these pills are good for energy and a metabolism boost. I have personally taken 12 pills at once when i was using them all of the time and building a tolerance to them. nothing happened. the best way to use these is two a day, no more, no less. one in the morning and one in the afternoon.
where can you get the pill BLACK ICE?
I know a girl who used to deal these out at school, nobody knew what they where and she made loads of money off them. Anyway, half the school was taking them, not knowing what they did and one day the girl who was giving them out didn’t come to school. She over dosed, and had to spend 4 days in the hospital, this might not sound like a lot, but for a 13 year old she had it pretty bad.
