Block & Bind Review
BLOCK & Bind advertising claims it is a dual action formula that reduces the absorption of excess carbohydrates, helping your body to convert carbs into energy so they are not stored as fat. BLOCK & Bind also contains a natural fat blocker called ChitoClear that absorbs dietary fats and helps them pass the digestive system without being absorbed.
Block & Bind diet pills are rather unique in that they contain both a fat blocker and a carb blocker. Unfortunately, Block & Bind does not contain any ingredients for appetite suppression, which is an area many dieters need help in. Although Block & Bind promises to block unwanted carbs and fats you should not rely on this diet pill to undo all the wrong that an unhealthy diet high in carbs and fats will cause. Although it may help a little by reducing the amount of these substances absorbed into the body, losing weight will still be difficult unless you change your diet for the better.
As with all fat blockers, there is concern about the fact that “healthy fats”, such as omega-3 fatty acids will also be blocked from absorption. Since these types of fats are essential for good health, blocking their absorption may have unhealthy effects in the body over the long-term.
