Cheat & Eat Review
“You are what you eat”? Not anymore! Thanks to “Cheat & Eat” now you can eat the foods you love and absorb less of the fat into your body! At least, so say the manufacturer of this product.
Cheat & Eat is a “unique” combination of 4 ingredients that supposedly bind to fat before it can be absorbed into the digestive system and help block sugar and fat metabolism before they can show up as “Love Handles” or “Thunder Thighs”
Here’s some additional information about Cheat & Eat.
Take 1 to 2 tablets with 8 oz. of water about 30 to 60 minutes before mealtime, 1 to 3 times daily or as directed by a healthcare professional. Even Cheat & Eat taken just before meals is still effective, but with reduced effectiveness. For maximum results, it is important to take Cheat & Eat at the recommended 30-60 minutes prior to eating and it should be used in conjunction with a sensible diet and exercise program.
- Chitosan(1000 mg) – This insoluble, non-digestible fiber causes the molecular attraction and bonding of up to 12 times its weight in fatty oils
- Gymnema sylvestre(200 mg) – The “Sugar Destroyer”. Clinical research suggests it prevents the absorption and activity of glucose molecules through the intestinal tract.
- Garcinia cambogia(50 mg) – It may help suppress appetite and has been shown to accelerate fat burning and inhibit fatty acid synthesis.
- Vitamin C (25 mg) – Enhances the effectiveness of Chitosan.
Caution: These statements about Cheat & Eat have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug. Additionally, be advised that chitosan is made from the shells of crustaceans (e.g. shrimp and crab). Therefore, you should not take this product if you are allergic to shellfish. You should also consult with your healthcare provider prior to use, especially if you are pregnant, nursing or have an existing medical health condition or are currently taking medications.
These diet pills are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Cheat & Eat Update – March 2020
The Cheat & Eat product that has been reviewed above is no longer available in that packaging and the product is not currently for sale online for consumers.
That being said, a new version of the formula does still exist and is owned by Vitalabs, Inc. It is now called “Advanced Cheat & Eat Formula” and is marketed as a “calorie inhibitor” and “non-GMO formula.”
Vitalabs does not currently sell the formula (which it owns) to consumers, but it is available for private labeling. In other words, it is available to businesses who would like to package the Vitalabs Cheat & Eat formula with their own brand, logo and label.
Advanced Cheat & Eat
The Advanced Cheat & Eat formula contains the exact same four ingredients as the original formula reviewed above: Vitamin C (50 mg), Chitosan (2,000 mg), Gymnema Sylvestre Leaf Powder (400 mg) and Garcinia Cambogia (100 mg). The only difference between the advanced formula and the original (which you may have already noticed) is that the advanced version contains double the amounts of each ingredient.
Does this make the product more effective? There is no proof that it does. In fact, Vitalabs doesn’t provide any research for any of the ingredients within its dietary supplement for weight loss. It merely claims that this is a quality and tested product.
That said, based on the ingredients within this formula, there is no clinical proof that any of these substances are effective treatments or aids for weight loss. Even, chitosan, the primary ingredient in this formula, is lacking evidence. Furthermore, there is no guarantee that taking this diet pill is safe.
While Advanced Cheat & Eat cannot be purchased by dieters at the time of this writing, should it ever become available online, it would be in your best interest to avoid this product. At the very least, be sure to consult with your healthcare provider before taking it.Cheat & Eat,
