Cuur Review

Cuur markets itself as being a weight loss supplement that is all-natural, as well as clinically tested (though it does not mention the actual results of those tests). It has been formulated to help make losing weight easier.

The primary ingredients in Cuur are green tea, coleus forskohlii, betula alba, and yerba mate. It was developed by Dr. Marcin Krotkiewski, a self-proclaimed “expert” in weight loss. He is the person known for coining the terms pear-shape and apple-shape when referring to a body type. After publishing over two hundred papers and dedicating his career to weight loss study, Cuur was the result of his efforts.

That being said, Cuur is not an entirely unique product in that its ingredients can be found in many other weight loss formulas that have already been on the market for many years. Its use must be accompanied with a nutritious diet and an increased exercise level in order to see any results. It also advertises an increase in metabolism and a thermogenic effect, which, according to the claims, will cause more calories to be burned throughout the day.

The one ingredient that is truly promising among the four in Cuur diet pills is the green tea extract called EGCG. The fact that Cuur shows that within the three daily capsules of the drug, you receive 570mg of EGCG (the compound from within green tea credited with helping with weight loss) is helpful. This is because clinical studies say that weight loss assistance only starts when a minimum of 300mg of green tea are consumed on a daily basis. According to Cuur marketing materials, the drug has the equivalent amount of green tea to fourteen cups of green tea.

Cuur also includes 50mg of caffeine per capsule, which means that you will be receiving 150mg of caffeine per day when the three capsules are taken. People who are sensitive to caffeine can get jitters from using the drug as well as an increased heart rate and trouble sleeping if the pill is taken anywhere near bedtime.

Unfortunately, Cuur is not marketed only as a diet pill to help lose weight and learn proper eating and exercise habits to keep the weight off. Instead, it also includes a maintenance program where a reduced dose is continued perpetually in order to keep the weight off which was lost. It is called the Cuur plan and means that you will continue to have to take these diet pills, paying for them and putting all of these ingredients and stimulants into your body every day in order to continue to benefit from this product.
