How do I order online?

What if I’m not at home to accept my order?
UPS and U.S. Postal Service delivery drivers do not require a signature at the time of delivery and may leave the package at your destination if they deem the area safe. It is up to the discretion of the driver to determine if a signature is required at the time of delivery.
Can I ship to a military APO/FPO address?
Yes. We send orders designated for military use to P.O. boxes via United States Postal Service. Please note that for military location delivery, in addition to regular delivery time, you will have to wait for the military to forward the package to you.
When indicating your military shipping address, please enter the following information:
* “APO” or “FPO” followed by a comma and your “state” abbreviation (AE, AP or AA) will be your “Billing City”
* “California” or “New York” will be your “Shipping State”
* ZIP Code will begin with either 0, 9, or 3
Do you ship to international addresses?
We do ship orders to international addresses, including to APO/FPO addresses. Customs of some countries may put an unexpected delay on the delivery of your order that we will have no control over; please allow extra time for your package to pass through Customs.
How long does it normally take to receive my order?
It normally takes 24 hours after your order is submitted to get the order approved and ready for shipment, and then 2-3 “business days” in transit (not counting Sat or Sun or U.S. Holidays) for shipping addresses within the continental US.
International orders normally take 10 to 14 “business days” in transit (not counting Sat or Sun or U.S. Holidays). International orders are shipped via USPS.
What if I don’t receive an email confirmation of my online or phone order?
If you have not gotten your order confirmation via email, please check your spam or junk mail; many times they get placed there in error.
What is your Return and Refund Policy?
All sales are final. You may not request a refund or cancel your order once your order has been processed for shipment. No refunds are given if you change your mind and decide not to take the product or if it is your physician’s opinion that you should no longer take the product. If you have mistakenly provided an incorrect address and your order was shipped to that address, you will not receive a refund. We do not honor refunds if the customer refuses delivery.
