I’m in my second bottle (month) now and I lost 12 pounds the first month, and the three weeks that followed I’ve lost another 10 pounds. So I’ll probably lose about 12-14ish in the second month. I think it all depends on how big you are, what you eat, and how much you exercise along with it.

I work out at 5am on mornings. When would be the best time to take Fenfast since I don’t eat that early but would like the energy boost? Is 430am fine to take it when my 1st meal may be at 6am? The instructions say 30 mins before meals so wanted to know if that’s a minimum time?
@DelDil – You can take FenFast before you work out in the morning. It will give you added energy for making the most out of your workout. I would then repeat it 4 hours later. You can try taking it at different times too to see what works best for you.
I have been on meds for 3 weeks now and have lost only 6 pounds. I take the meds as directed and walk 45 min each night. am i doing something wrong that i am not losing the amount like others? i am not eating like i use to but still not seeming to get the results like others. are you able to take 6 tabs a day or 5 tabs a day for the extra boost? ia m feeeling great and cravings have slowed down but wasn’t sure if you can take 5 tabs a day or not?
