TestoRipped Review

TestoRipped is marketed as diet pills for men and the advertising claims they help the user to build lean muscle while reducing body fat to achieve more defined appearance. Whether or not TestoRipped can actually live up to those claims is another thing altogether.

To start, the ingredients for TestoRipped include: Tribulus Terrestris, Caffeine Anhydrous, Arginine AKG, Creatine Ethyl Ester, L-Glutamine, Cinnamon, Synephrine, Guggulsterones and Yohimbine.

The primary ingredient in TestoRipped diet pills is an herb called Tribulus terrestis. This herb gained popularity in the 1970’s because it was thought it could enhance the male sex drive by slightly increasing natural testosterone levels. Today, both in the diet pill and bodybuilding supplement industries, there are a number of products that contain Tribulus terrestis and promote it as a testosterone-boosting ingredient that helps to build muscle and burn body fat. Unfortunately, there are currently no conclusive studies that support these claims, in fact this herb consistently failed to show any of these effects in most animal and human studies.

The second largest ingredient used in TestoRipped diet pills is caffeine anhydrous, which is simply a snazzy-sounding name for regular caffeine. It is one of only a few ingredients in this formula that has actually been shown to help users to lose weight because it helps in boosting energy levels, making exercise more appealing, effective, and possible, while also increasing the body’s metabolic rate (ability to burn fat). This being said, TestoRipped diet pills only contain 150mg of caffeine anhydrous, which is about the same amount you would get from a large cup of coffee so you can expect the impact of this ingredient to be rather minimal.

Another stimulant found in TestoRipped diet pills is Synephrine. Like caffeine, synephrine can help with weight loss by increasing energy levels and metabolism. Again, however, these diet pills contain such a small amount (15mg) that the effect will likely not be strong enough for most people to reap these benefits.

For those guys who are interested in TestoRipped for its ability to promote muscle growth, the addition of creatine to the formula may look promising. Creatine is used by many body builders and in numerous bodybuilding supplements under the impression that it helps muscle grow and repair itself more quickly. When used in the right dosage, creatine can be a good supplement to take if you are trying to bulk up, but the small amount of only 100mg of it in TestoRipped is far from the recommended amounts for promoting muscle growth.

Though TestoRipped diet pills do contain some promising ingredients for promoting muscle growth and fat loss, it is their amounts within the formula that leaves it lacking in potential efficacy. In its current form and suggested daily dosage, TestoRipped will likely not have much effect on any man or woman and at a retail price of about $50 USD for a month’s supply (before shipping and handling) it makes a poor investment indeed.
