Thermadrol is a weight loss supplement by BigNutrition which claims to be able to help its users to lose up to ten pounds within a week’s time. Not only is it doubtful that any drug could live up to that full claim, but it certainly does not seem to be marketing itself toward people who are seeking weight loss at a healthy rate. Ten pounds in seven days is the promise made by crash diets, fads, and often include diet drugs with potentially dangerous ingredients – or those that are simply ineffective. The question is, then, are Thermadrol diet pills a safe and effective product, and can they live up to their astronomical promises?
The list of ingredients for Thermadrol is chalk full of ingredients very commonly found in other fat burners and diet pills. The primary ingredients are three stimulants that make up what Thermadrol’s advertising calls the Quadraburn Fat-Loss Catalyst and includes Green Tea Extract, Citrus Aurantium (Bitter Orange) and Garcinia Cambogia (Hydroxycitric Acid). These three stimulants equal over 1400mg per recommended dose (3 capsules) of Thermadrol and there is no doubt that taking this large amount of stimulants will boost energy levels, increase metabolism and decrease appetite.
Of course, there are drawbacks to taking such large amounts of stimulants, including the fact that they can cause numerous unpleasant side effects, such as the jitters, poor concentration, shaking, trembling, headaches, nausea, sleeplessness, and anxiety. As well, because these stimulants increase blood pressure and heart rate there is always a risk for health complications to arise in these areas for people with pre-existing conditions.
It is also important to consider before buying Thermadrol diet pills that they contain some ingredients that reputable organizations such as the Mayo Clinic have warned people against. For example, Citrus Aurantium (bitter orange extract) is a substance that mimics ephedra in some ways, including the side effects, which can range from being mildly unpleasant to quite dangerous. Another ingredient, white willow bark, can cause adverse reactions with a long list of different common substances, ranging from everyday aspirin to blood thinners.
For these reasons, if you are considering taking Thermadrol diet pills it would be best to discuss the list of ingredients with your doctor first. Obviously, people with heart or blood pressure problems should avoid this product, as well as people with known sensitivities to stimulants. If you are taking Thermadrol and you start experiencing rapid heart rate, dizziness or other unpleasant side-effects, stop taking it right away.
