I have used many fat loss supplements and potency wise, and short of ephedra, San’s Tight is the best. You need only take one pill to feel it’s almost immediate effects and that is all you are allowed to take according to the directions. The only downside is like all fat loss/metabolism boosters, you will eventually get used to it. Your body will adapt! To make real changes you must diet right and exercise regularly. However, it is quite a ride and alot more economical and, I feel, safer than other products which direct you to take 4-6 pills a day for the same effect. In fact, I’d recommend you use half a capsule at first and work your way to 1…..that’s how powerful it is!
i have tried this diet pill and have not lost anything . I was very disapointed i was told at vitiam world it was the best. sorry your prodiuct does not work.

I want to let everyone know that I have used tons of weight loss pills and I never saw a change. I started to used this pills while I was deployed in Iraq and my body shrank in a way I never expected. Not only this is a great pill to lose weight but it helps to burn the fat around your muscles making you look cut and in shape. I like the fact that I don’t have to keep my alarm to remind me of taking two or three more pills throughout the day I just have to take it once which I do in the morning. I work out daily for at least an hour five times at week and I have never like and see my body in such a shape. I have been taking this pill for about 1 1/2 year it really works.
This is an excellent product. I took tight along with eating right and lost over 30 pounds.
