Xenadrine NextGen Diet Pills

Xenadrine NextGen Review

Xenadrine NextGen is a dietary supplement that has been formulated for powerful weight loss.  Its advanced dual-capsule technology supposedly provides advanced focus, energy and sensory and supports macronutrient metabolism.

“2x the Weight Loss”

The manufacturer behind Xenadarine NextGen has made some tall claims about this OTC diet pill. According to the official product page, when this Xenadrine NextGen review was written, subjects in a study, who took the key weight loss ingredient found in the formula, lost double the weight compared to those who took the placebo.

The ingredient to which is being referred is C. Canephora Robusta, also known as coffee robusta and green coffee bean, among other names. The average weight loss of subjects who took 200 mg of this ingredient lost an average of 10.95 pounds versus 5.40 pounds for the placebo, in 60 days. Both groups in this study followed a low-calorie diet and moderate exercise. The referenced study was cited on the official product page.

That being said, the results of this study are not enough to prove the efficacy of this ingredient for weight loss. Other studies suggest that while there is some evidence that green coffee bean can promote weight loss, the effect is small and the effect is uncertain. As such, more rigorous and longer duration trials are necessary to determine the true efficacy and safety of using this ingredient as a weight loss supplement.

The Xenadrine NextGen “Powerful” Ingredients

There are several ingredients in Xenadrine NextGen. There are so many, in fact, that it is hard to imagine there is a sufficient amount of each ingredient within the formula for these substances to offer any true benefit to the user.

With that said, the ingredients in the formula most touted by the manufacturer include:

  • Myristica Fragrans
  • Euphoria Longana
  • Teacrine
  • MCT Oil
  • Rhodiola Extract
  • B Vitamins
  • CLA
  • Canephora Robusta
  • Caffeine Anhydrous

Moreover, the manufacturer is very proud of this product’s patented pill design, which supposedly offers dual-capsule technology that supports “ingredient stability and efficient delivery” and allows for the delivery of both “micronized powder and bioencapsulated liquid.”

A lot of Hype Without Any Real Substance

At the end of the day, big marketing words and a fancy looking capsule aside, the developers of Xenadrine NextGen make a lot of claims about their powerful weight loss product, with little evidence to back it up.

Overall, this isn’t a revolutionary diet pill. It contains an array of ingredients commonly found in many other OTC weight management aids.

If you should decide to take Xenadrine NextGen, make sure to have a careful look at the ingredients and consult with your healthcare provider, especially if you have an existing health condition.
