Zalestrim Review

Women who are looking for a supplement that advertises double and even triple “duty” will be intrigued to learn about Zalestrim. In addition to stimulating weight loss, this product also claims to enhance breast size and improve the libido, making this appear to be a truly one-of-a-kind product.

Can Zalestrim really help women lose weight, increase breast size, and make libido more intense? Yes and no. Zalestrim is designed to balance and boost female hormones, and those hormones affect the afore mentioned areas. Your added energy and hormone boost could affect your libido, but this isn’t really Viagra for women.

Women should take Zalestrim just because it’s a great supplement for women. If you lose weight, if your cup size increases, or if you have more performance energy, then that is a added bonus. But at least someone has made a decent female enhancement pill finally!

Zalestrim contains some ingredients that will likely be familiar to some consumers and some that are slightly less common. Green tea and cocoa extract, which is thought to help boost the metabolism while also providing antioxidants; Ginger root, which has been shown to lower cholesterol levels in the blood; Dong quai, which may help to dilate blood vessels; Damiana leaf, powder, a North American Shrub that may act as an aphrodisiac; Black cohosh, which is often used to treat menopause; Cinnamon extract, which may help to lower blood pressure; Passion flower, an herb that has been used to treat insomnia and anxiety; Wild yam root, which is useful for maintaining glandular function; and Magnolia bark, which has been shown to relieve stress as well as have antioxidant benefits.

Those who are interested in trying this product may also be disappointed to find that it does not contain an active modern appetite suppressant. For this reason, an additional supplement containing the herb hoodia gordonii may be necessary.

A list of ingredients in Zalestrim’s proprietary blend was provided, however quantities were not given. This lack of information makes it impossible to ascertain whether Zalestrim is an effective diet pill, breast enhancer, or libido increaser as it’s advertising claims.

I have tried Zalestrim. I didn’t find it to be an overly effective WEIGHT loss pill. I lost maybe 4lbs. What I did find it effective in, was to lose water weight and bloat, as I believe it to be a diuretic. I have increased energy, not noticable breast increase or firmness (not to me, but my husband did say “wow your boobs look great!”) I am a 36A and never got any bigger than that, but if he thinks they look better than maybe it did work. The libido I believe is due to increased energy. I have increase heart rate, without zalestrim, my HR is about 68, on it, it’s about 100bpm, so it increases my metabolism. I have less desire to overeat, as mentioned above. Usually it’s nothing for me to go out and eat a salad and half or more of a large pizza, and a couple of beers, while on Zalestrim, I had no desire to have anything more than the salad and water. It does make me feel jittery, but that’s probably because I drink only water, no caffeine of any kind, except the rare coffee which has the same effect, so to a caffeine junky, it might not have that effect. I know this seems weird, but I am a tomboy at heart, and when taking zalestrim I feel more feminine. Maybe it’s all in my head, or maybe the herbs truly do increase estrogen levels. Make sure you take this pill with LOTS of water, both due to it being diuretic in nature, and if it doesn’t go down all the way, you’ll burp up the nasty powder that’s in the capsules. And boy is it NASTY. Sorry this review is so long, but I hate reading one line reviews when I’m trying to decide if I want to buy something. If you’re looking for a miracle, look elsewhere, if you’re looking for a quick fix (water weight!) and a pill to make you feel better about yourself, take Zalestrim.
